Default Powerstation equal length headers

Anybody got these fitted (especially to a 99MY UK car)?
Your opinions?
Do they make a significant difference to the turbo spool up point?
Do they need lagging to avoid frying the steering?
Do they seal up or are you plagued with leaking gaskets?

Mike

you need to contact GregK on the Hampshiresubaru.co.uk site. He has them. Sound awesome and his car seriously shifts, well it would with 320bhp!!!!

I have these fitted to my MY00, no problems so far.
You must have the car mapped after fitment, just the manifold made little difference, apart from the change in exhaust sound, after mapping the results were excellent. Spool up is about 2-300 rpm later, but from then to 7000 very strong.
Mine are not lagged on the advice of Xtreme Scoobies, whom fitted them for me.

Headers should be lagged, keeps the gas speed up and the engine bay temp lower. They should offer upto 25hp and similar torque after a good remap. Turbo spool up will be later
