Takes 2 mins,

unclip air box top remove old filter, stick new one in, re clip box lid .... job done

You'll probably find te STI filter is a tighter fit than the OE one - a little gentle persuasion required.

Dont lisen to him first you must drop the engine out then remove the gearbox and clutch if you think this is to mutch work for you i'll give you a tenner for it
