Unhappy lost power

have just had car run on rollers and was approx 30bhp and 25lb torque down. as no 2 rollers seem to be the same, i took ths result and went home. once home i noticed the top pipe on my boost solonoid had come off at the turbo. would this cause my power loss?

Most probably, as your actuator won't empty so quickly, so will see more overally pressure. Not sure how much it would effect final boost, but it'l definitely spool up more slowly.
