Question Gearbox Filler bolt/engine guard

Ok been looking under the car and need to sort out 2 things im lost with so was hoping somebody can easily tell me the answer which im certain they can.

first off I have a MY99 turbo impreza and I can find the drainage bolt on the front of the gearbox but cant find the other 2 bolts eg. one to fill it up and one to open to see when its filled up enough, might sound a bit stupid and not in the technical terms but hope someone can help.

Also the 2 plastic shields under the engine to protect it the back half is fixed on with a bolt and also a plastic type clip but my front half of the back one does not connect properly to the main engine shield as if its missing some clips or something??

sorry if that alls sounds a little confusing hope someone gets my idea.

cheers

You have to fill the gearbox via the dipstick.
Most people some length of hose, a funnel and a lot of patience
Remember its 4 litres

Be carefull! Cos the transmissions slopes backwards it's best to to jack the rear up when draining to empty 'box. Then refill but check 'box dipstick. On SIDC I have read that it's a good idea to SLIGHTLY overfill. But make sure on level. On my MY99 there are clips to locate front to rear undertrays. On Subaru parts fiche there are LH and RH but mine came with 2 LH! from new.
