I use redline shockproof 75w90 for box and diff.
Mintex/C-Tech do some lovely coloured blue and black brake fluids for track use, which i have tested, and have found them excellent, but they may be overkill for a predominantly road car.
to be honest unless you use it for lots of trackdays etc I'd buy syntrax 75w90 gearbox oil from halfords, and also their DOT5.1 brake fluid.

Yep no problems here with Castrol Syntrax in the gear box (fill with 4litres rather than 3.8litres as it coat 3rd gear better) diff takes about 0.9litres.
I also used Halfrauds dot 5.1.
www.castrol.co.uk - syntrax is still expensive but cheaper than anywhere else I found.
