Is this the high flow cat that is included in the 03-onwards WRX PPP?

The WRX PPP keeps the std downpipe cat.
This downpipe is off the STi PPP and is made by Milltek but under the Prodrive banner.
It will fit the WRX (& PPP) from 2001> and should be as effective as fitting a decat d/pipe.
