Did mine on Friday, Its fairly easy. Empty using the tap/plug thing at the bottom, remove all the pipes, Swap radiators, reconnect all the pipes, pour the antifreeze into the expansion tank - not the little filler funnel on the RHS - top up with water, You can "outgas this by pressing on the hose located at the bottom of the radiator on the RHS, Put cap back on, Run the car for 5/10 mins, allow to cool & refill as required.
I then ran the car for a while again till the fan kicked in to check it worked.
