do all headers fit 93-04 scoobs?

Are you talking about standard headers? I got a used set from Grade A and, after porting them, found that they wouldn't fit my MY98 I don't know what year they came off though. Maybe all aftermarket ones are the same but double check just in case...

Have a look on NASIOC. Newage/classic headers are different or can be different depending on the manufacturer.
