You'll find a large grommet in the bulkhead, behind the turbo. It will allow you to feed the pipe up behind the pedals and into the centre consul. Make sure it doesn't foul the pedals on full movement and that it will not chafe on anything. An alternative is another grommet on the passenger side that comes out above the ECU.
When installed, seal the pipe where it goes through the grommet with silicon or similar. Don't forget to allow for engine movement.
You can get extension pipe with joining tube. The correct stuff is semi-rigid as you don't want it collapsing under negative pressure (i.e. off boost)

A company called LeMans make all the stuff you need, e.g. tee-pieces, piping, adaptors etc. My local stockist is BurtonPower in Ilford, Essex. If you can't find it locally, have a look on www.burtonpower.com
