Hi,having a problem removing my oil filter from my sti ,uses the smaller filter
15208AA080,do I turn clockwise or anti-clockwise to remove it ?? also is there not a socket that will fit over filter to make it simpler to remove ??

Looking up at the fiter, turn it anticlockwise as it uses a regular thread direction.
I got one of those chain tools to take mine off, but there is so little room I couldn't use it.
Still ended up hammering a screwdriver through the body of the filter to get it off.

Hellfrauds do a wicked tool that clamps onto the filter from below and then allows you to connect a 1/2" socket extension and ratchet and undo it from below.
