Have you just fitted it recently or has it been on there a while?
I assume that a good squirt of WD40 has been tried. Longer spanner / wrench. It may be cross threaded
Worst case scenario is that you would have to get it drilled out and then re-tapped or heli-coiled.

it is the old one i am trying to get out. I have tried a spanner but it started to round the nut of. I will try the wd 40 tonight but if that failes i might have to drill it.

are you using a ring spanner? You must be using an open ender if the bolt is starting to round off, either that or the wrong size. A\ ring spanner should whip it off no probs.

This is how I solved my problem, which is the same as yours, don't use any cheapo crap, make sure it's a ring spanner or a good socket.
