Question Any Drivetrain regulars around Kings Lynn ?

Any trusty regulars from Kings Lynn area ?

I have just bought a set of suspension off Ebay and the seller will not post them, he insists on someone collecting them.

This is a 500 mile round trip for me so in addition to arranging and paying shipping, I'd be willing to make it worth someones time to collect and box them up for me

cheers

Andy

ps, mods, I posted in drivetrain as I'm more familiar with the names here

Andy.

I live in spalding about 20 miles away from kings lynn. I expect postage will be very expensive though due to the weight. I could not believe how much my hks coilovers weighed

Let me know if you want me to collect for you. If you email me your telephone number I can ring you to arange details

Cheers
Nigel

Andy, Our carriers will do a remote collection back to us and we can then ship on to you. Cost will be about £20+VAT max. You'll just need your unhelpful Ebayer to lightly wrap them and tie them with rope or something.

No problem to do this, it's what we do every day with our parts mail order system.

Thanks for that David, that is what I suggested to the guy but he was having none of it and insisted on someone collecting them ! I was even going to send him down the packing boxes and arrange collection.

Yes Waj, I have to say I'm suspicious..... but if it was dodgy in anyway then surely sending them to someone far away (like me) is preferable to selling to someone on your doorstep ?

Best that I don't comment on that as he may be a member of this board and whacking my shocks with a big hammer now

Big **THANK YOU**to Nigel (Sti4) for helping me out with this

Nigel, whom I have never met before, drove 60 odd miles each way to collect these coilovers, then packaged them up (not an easy job) and arranged to have them shipped them up to me.

I even had to twist his arm to accept money to cover his costs !

Top guy

Thanks again mate,

Andy
