You won't have any boost creep with stock TD04 turbos. It is common with STi7&8 (VF35 turbos) when exhaust has been changed for a bigger or decat one.
Boost creep usually happen when you reach high rev. The wastegate is fully open, trying to decrease boost level to an acceptable value, but exhaust gaz continues to power the turbo so that boost continues to increase ! The more you reach high rev, the more your engine produces exhaust gaz and the more the boost increase....etc ! That's very dangerous for the engine life!
Good turbos doesn't produce boost creep ;-)

"Good turbos doesn't produce boost creep ;-)" You mean good wastegates?
Tony - I've never seen a td04 on stock actuator creep; it's hard to get any boost out of the damn things above 6k!
