Just had my 99 Legacy GT-B twin turbo engine let go on me after some enthusiastic driving on the motorway, oil all over the engine bay but can't see any major holes until I split the thing. Anyone care to hazard a guess at what has gone Pete Tong. Gearbox was a bit whiney on the overrun in 3rd, so it will get a rebuild to. Real reason for thread, anyone know where to get the gudgeon pin removal tool for the scooby doo engine? Sensible answers only please troops

Apparently warming the pistons and using a tapered wooden dowel tapped into the pin ends will work.
