Uprated internals

Just wondering if people can tell me which are the best internals to upgrade to.
Im after pistons, rods and crank for a 2.5 bottom end

Dave, fing 'Mark A' on one of these threads, I think he has researched the topic recently. Mark arranged the Group buy for the 2.5 engines and is a top bloke.

Been told omega pistons are quite good but heard of a few other makes
