Which air filter?

Which air filter?
Presume these are a doddle to fit on an MY02 STi....but which one to choose? Is there much gain bhp-wise? Thanks in advance for your advice.

I fitted a STi panel filter (available from www.scoobymania.co.uk) and gained over 10bhp and around 15lbs of torque in my Spec C 
(same run on the rolling road), a doddle to fit, gets a bit of a pain to close the damn thing up again though.
