Up Pipe Fitting???

i have been quoted by Power Engineering a 4hr plus time to fit an Up Pipe for a 1994 Scooby. Is this about right?

It is a bit strong - but it can be a bitch if the nuts and bolts holding it to the other pipes are undisturbed since 1994. They alternately get VERY hot and then cool, they get rained on and are generally a knuckle busting pain. Sometimes the only way is to bust the nuts off and restud the manifolds in which case 4 hours would be about half the time needed.
