Hello all,
I've just aquired an exhaust from an STI8 for my MY01 WRX, full system, where's the best place to get it fitted, would it be Subaru? or can any garage do it, does anyone know what gains in power, if any! there will be??

The two exhausts are the same apart from the back box,so that is all you need to change.10min job.no real performance gains but it sounds a bit better.

Please tell me you didnt pay more than £50 for the full system,it will give you NO gains at all, yes the back box has one less pipe but its still crap.

Just because it came off an STI doeant make it any better than whats on your car already.

I only paid fifty quid for it, only wanted something that sounded a little better that's all!!!

take it to the local kwik fit type place around lunchtime, see one of the lads actually working not the monkeys in the office, I got my back box fitted for £10. the rest is the same so dont bother changing it.
