you would need to check your rear diff ratio
wrx's are normally 4.1 but not always
uk cars are 3.5's or 3.9's im not sure as ive never had one
remove the oil plug on rear diff wipe a tooth mark with liquid paper and rotate one turn and count how many times the prop rotates--911's method not mine
do the same on the diff outa the wrx to see if the ratio's are the same
rear diff swap only takes 30 mins its easy

mmm OK , Its just that I got a spare gearbox from a 95 wrx to fit in to mine the next time it breaks (lol) and I was told today I would need a diff with it , >> by 2 people , your 3rd , a mate of mine says its just a swop over , >>> with out a diff , anyway cheers Alan.
