Talking Clutch mystery solved! Bloody hell!

Some of you regulars will remember my problem with the AP organic; only under hard accelleration, the clutch pedal would stay half way down. Normal driving, all ok.
I bit the bullet and removed the box and the clutch last weekend, and just got back from the 'Road Test'.
All works fantastic!
When i took it all apart, I found one of the location dowls on the box to the engine was missing. I think this has allowed the box to slip relative to the engine making the inner diameter of the thrust bearing just rub on the box input shaft 'nose' cast in the gearbox (IYSWIM).
The AP parts looked perfect, the clutch mechanism too.
Did the slave cylinder spring trick while I was at it for good measure.
Thank god, what a game.....
Anyone want to buy my RA box.diff for £offers? 4.44 diffs etc, but not DCCD.

Thankyou to everyone who have tried to advise and help me, really appreciated!

Mark, I'm leading my class!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Will be short lived I'm sure, the EVO 5/460bhp comes out soon, and the A4 Quattro with twin turbos and 600+ bhp, and a re vitalised Cossie on 380 bhp, Rats!
Just need to spend another fortune.
Should have bought Carman's RA and worried a few. (Fantastic car)
Hope all stays like it is now for the season at least.
Regards, Graham.

No! No more money to the bloody Scooby, wife would not be impressed.....and she likes motorsport(!)
Solution is to get Carman's RA which came to 0.15 sec to that EVO last year. Get an Andy F turbo, 550cc's, its got GEMS and FMIC, AND that possum box (has to be tried to be believed)
There, what a motor for the money..........just needs about £2K adding?
