Question changing down pipe

I have just ordered a H & S downpipe for my01 uk300 and at the moment i am trying to decide if i should give it ago myself. I am a bit unsure of how the heatshield comes of and what is it held on to and would i manage to do the job with just a set of ramps. If anyone can give some ideas on whats the best way to go about changing it over, would be much appreciated

I'd be interested to know how you get on if you do this LEEG. I was thinking of attempting this myself. Let me know what difference it makes to performance.

Mark.

Have a look at this

I presume that you arent changing the up pipe,so all you need to look at is the downpipe removal part.

Dont forget to cut the heat shield and refit it.
