Yet another clutch pedal problem!!
I have a squeeking noise coming from under the bonnet, under closer investigation I found it is coming from the where the clutch cable meets the hill hold cable, i think it is actually the clutch actuator lever(?) .When you slightly hold this lever the squeeking stops, it also stops when you depress the clutch pedal. There seems to be a lot of play in this lever, should there be? I have also put a spray on grease onto it , but the squeeking remains.
Is this problem major?
MY00 , and the car has extended warrenty, just had a service as well!!!!

RON , it is a non-turbo model, squeeking coming from the clutch lever going into clutch housing through a rubber boot. Sorry for the late reply.
