Default What’s the difference between the WRX and the STi?

What’s the difference in the engine between the two?

Obviously the intercooler is bigger, what else is different?

Oh sooooooooo much
AVCS (vvt for the uninitiated), better engine components (well on the JDM cars ) better gearbox, better brakes, heavier, bigger turbo, intercooler, piping, well pretty much everything under the shell, there isnt much that isnt changed on the STi compared to the WRX, a completely different beast.
