I was just wondering how many folk out there have gone down the unichip route.
Whatwere your opinions? Any problems or any grate improvements?
What the biggest jump in power you have had and what else was done to the car.
It also offers launch control and full throttle gear change, who has that fitted and are there any downsides to it,ie engine damage.
HI SOOB

Forget full throttle change and lauch control unless you have some spare gearboxes.
I had a Unichip on my turbo (standard 220 bhp, 290 Nm)
With the Unichip I had 250 bhp and 360 Nm op torque.
I sold the Unichip recently and went for a custom Ecutek remap.
Result : 289 bhp and 400 Nm (very cold day then...)
Unichip is not bad but for a 99+ I recommend Ecutek.
Creepy
