Open neck or twin dump???

I have read threads on this but still cant make my mind up. I have ordered a Scoobyworld ninja backbox and will have a magnex centre decat. What would be the negative effect of using a twin dump on my car (sti 2) as opposed to an open neck.
Please help!!
