Lambda Sensor Information
Hi there,
I am logging the output of my lambda sensor, and would appreciate some info on interpreting the data. This is so that I can prove and sort out a possible lean running of my car at low revs.
The output of the sensor varies between 0 & 0.9 volts, changing sharply between about 0 & 0.7.
Approximately what voltage is stoich, and what voltage is max power (just above stoich) ?
Also, does the reading vary with EGT, and if so, in which direction ? Any rule of thumb to compensate for this ?
btw, I have a both a down pipe and manifold with additional lambda sensor mountings, so I could add another (more accurate) sensor, if you think that would be of greater use.
Thanks for your help
Steve

Hi am just about to have a universal Lamda sensor fitted to my95 WRX. I think that my current sensor is not giving an output to my new LamdaLink meter.
I will keep you posted on my progress and if it works or not.
