OK, I know it says one bottle per tank of 50litres..

what would happen if i put two bottles in? would I notice any differences?

my system has no cats

Chris,

It's a subject that's been covered many times before, as you'll see in the search function, but to recap, yes, two bottles in a tank does give an increase in performance over one, but the mixture becomes dangerously explosive at concentrations much above that, without mentioning the potential damage to the engine internals that this could cause.
