Water Spray installation Q:?
#1
Dear Petrolheads,
have any of you guys ever fitted waterspray kits yourselves?
I believe I have all the necessary plumbing, spray nozzels and motor etc, so that I can fit it in a tank in the boot but just wondering whether there is a DIY instruction kit somewhere and counting on this BBS's wealth of experience if there are any installation probs etc when fitting...
Thanks in advance (if u pardon the pun!)Jacko.

so you got them then
1 remove the black tray under the bonnet scoop and drill holes in it to fit the nozzels
2 run the tubing from inside the bonnet on the passenger side throough some of the holes in underside of the bonnet.
3 thread the tube through a gromet on the passenger side.
4 run the tube and the trigger wire from the switch inside the black ( grey) plastic interior trim in the bottom of the door all the way back to the boot. this way all the wires and the tube is covered and protected.
this is how i did it

Cheers for the replies guys.
Hi Sam,
thanks for the bits, they arrived safely.
Further to your reply, of the parts sent, what goes where in detail.
I assume you joined the 2 clear hoses together and took those from the boot to the front.
I have some questions about the pump input/output water connections and also the wiring of the Link module.
I assume that the Link module is secured in the passenger footwell near the door timer switch. I then assume some wires go to
the link ECU, then some other go to the motor?????
I also assume that power has to be supplied to the motor by feeding additional wires from a power source????
