MY01 Japan Spec car brakes

On my MY01 Japan spec 247 BHP car the front brakes are 2pot and the rear single pot. Are the previous model ones MY99/00 (4pot front and 2pot rear) be fitted to my car as a straight job?
I am particularly interested on the rear ones as plentiful aftermarket options are available for the front section.
