Going by this weekend's Dyno results (comparing MY00's but I don't think that should make much difference 
), it should give you something like an 8bhp increase.
More importantly though, the spool up of the Turbo is slightly quicker which improves the "feel" of the car noticeably It also increases the boost slightly which is probably where the power (be it a small one) comes from.
It also improves the fueling quite a bit (they run very rich as standard), you get a smoother Torque curve and less hesitation - and you get fractionally better fuel economy.
