Hi

I'm a scoob noob and am picking up my 95 WRX on Saturday. It has done 47,000 miles (75,000KM) and I will be the first UK owner. Does any one know if the timing belt should be changed? And if so has anyone had any quotes? I was quoted £200, but this seems dear!

My second question is, as it's an import should the clock (for total mileage/KM) still read in KM? Or should it have been changed to mileage?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Cheers

Akka

The belt should be changed every 45000 miles for your year. £200 seems resonable as its quite a big job.
