Another clutch goes bang...

MY00 Euro import - had the clutch replaced under warranty at 13K as it was juddering and "squawking" in traffic. Now at 17K, the new clutch is starting to do exactly the same thing - a bit of judder I can live with, but the noise sounds unhealthy to me.
My problem is the car is now out of warranty - I'm assuming that the NEW clutch will have some kind of warranty on it, but I can't believe it's only lasted 4K! Time to insist on an uprated clutch? Or maybe the problem lies elsewhere - input shaft maybe?

Hi
I'm in the same boat - I had a new clutch 4-5k ago, it has stared juddering again in the morning (you can drive round it using slightly more revs + bringing the clutch up quicker but that's not the point). To be honest I don't know what to do, if I had paid for the clutch rather than it being on warranty I wouldn't accept this.
Any ideas??

Me to, I'm in the same boat, euro import.
Looking at at about £600.
Will try and get it done under a "Car Care Plan".
Had the car less than 2 weeks.Great welcome to the scooby club.
I'm going for a different clutch make, A.P or some upgrade.
Does any one know a decent clutch installer in yorkshire?
