I've got to fit an actuator to a TD05 that I've bought.
How do you initially set the actuator rod length, prior to running the car and monitoring the boost level?

I've been told that you should adjust the actuator rod so that it is approx. 3mm short of the w/gate arm (closed), prior to connecting it to the w/gate

Anyone know the correct setup procedure????

Thumbs up

Yup,

Thats is correct 2mm - 3mm. This is the method i was told to use by AndyF and all appears correct with mine, and the ones fitted to customers cars.

Cheers
