Question

I've done some searches about Knocklink and whilst it's clear a) what it is/does b) how many people have it and c) how useful it is.... does anybody have any experience of fitting it and/or have had one fitted by BRD and now know it it's done?

I'm gonna but one and am trying to work out if I can fit it myself or should get them to do it?

Any help, most appreciated.

ta,

Matt

Exclamation

Matt,

If you're getting it from BRD, why not have a chat with Bob/Branko about installation!

Cheers
Andy

To my knowledge, BRD are the only source in the UK. You can, however, get it from Australia. I emailed MRT and they seem to be happy to sell anything to anyone anywhere.

Thumbs up

We have been selling them fro several years.

We have not been happy with the Aesthetic elements of them since day 1 though and have designed our own (Knock sensor & display & Lambda sensor & display).

These are in Beta form and being tested with estimated release within the next 4 weeks.

They have remotely mounted LED bars whaich should be much easier to place within the car without making it look as bad as the Link items do.

Mike,

Do you have any pics I could look at as I agree that it's not the most pretty item in the world.....

Email me offline if you wish,

Ta,

Matt

Well done again, Mike!

As a newcomer to the scene I could not help noticing that you often find ways to "adopt and improve" products others have already been manufacturing. Not a bad thing, I suppse, for as long as none of the "originals" mind.

I have just ordered an Autronics ecu from Australia but would still need some displays for monitoring, so please let us know when you have "your designs" ready to be purchased.

regards
Jeremy
