I've got the one which uses the IDC to operate the WI too (can't remember which model that is!) - the plan is to use my boost solenoid ECU map (not used - I run aftermarket boost control) to control the water though. Only caveat with this is the damned 2nd gear drive by noise reg's .7 bar boost limit the JECS suffers from....could get dodgy on track if I'm relying on it...
Methanol works well when added direct to the tank, I see no reason for that to change when injected instead But are you adding it for day-to-day safety, or to run more power in certain situations? Without a remap, injecting plain water will lose you power....unless you whack the boost up at the same time

Richard - that'll be the 2d, then
I have read somewhere (but from a reliable source iirc) that a 50/50 water/meths mix will allow up to an additional 4 degrees of advance.
Which is nice

Better shoot it then Are you in Geraldton? I spent a few weeks in Kalbarri many years ago - lovely! Not many tuning companies around I'd have thought though!

Make sure you have a flow switch in the line though to retard the igniton or set a buzzer/warning light.
Those nozzles are small and easily clogged.
Methanol is a solvent and will dilute your oil in the bores (much like petrol ) Personally i don't use it, and only use water for safety when the car is getting a good hammering.
Rally teams don't use water to allow advance, rather control charge temps. I'd follow their lead personally.
