Is the downpipe a twin dump, split open neck, or open neck? As a general rule of thumb, a de-cat downpipe will give you a percentage increase of power and torque, rather than a pre-set figure, dependent upon the other modifications to your car. If your car was standard before, you won't notice as much of an increase in performance as someone with say de-cat centre, better back box, increased boost, etc.
What you should definitely notice though, is a quicker spool of your turbo, as the reduced restriction allows the exhaust gases to flow better.

I already have a de-cat down pipe and a powerflow backbox with a slash cut 5" tail pipe,p.e. air induction filter (kone), tek 2 e.c.u which so far has given me 273bhp,261 lbs torque and 1.2 bar boost, but im in searching for that lil bit extra ;D
