Hi,

I am not particularly mechanically minded, so this may be a daft question. My exhaust keeps getting black deposits (carbon I would guess) on the tail pipe. This occurs even after a relativley short period of time, as in around a week or so. Is this normal?

On my past cars they haven't had shiny tail pipes and so I might just not have seen it before.

Cheers

Chris
