Can someone tell me what the idling fuel pressure for a MY93 WRX should be please, before I change my pump and put on a new regulator.

set your reg at 3 bar with the vacuum pipe OFF.

thats at a 'warmed up' idle too mind. Got dates mixed up Mark, am free this weekend and busy next weekend now
