Question

I’ve had my ’98 Impreza Turbo for about 3 weeks now and since day one I have noticed a noise from the nearside rear, the noise is very similar to a worn wheel bearing.
I took the car back to the garage and they’ve had it on the ramps and they have said there is nothing wrong with the wheel bearings.
Any ideas of what the problem may be appreciated, or is it normal?

Same problem here, but on a MY03 . Its been bulding for a while.

I wonder if your problem is the diff, or does it grind at low speed braking (like mine)
