Car's a 95wrx running near 1bar of boost, noticed it seems to be getting noisier/opening earlier? so i'm going to servce it this weekend, i know stiffer springs are available. what would you recomend?

I have a uk 2000 with a forge vta, came standard with red spring,had same problem, ordered spring kit from forge came with 4 spring rates, red being the strongest,and 2 spaces ended up paying £15 just to use one spacer,the size of a 2 to 3 mill thick large washer.
