I am looking to buy an exhaust system for my 2001 WRX. For starters i would like to remove the cats after the turbo to get the most performance gain without having to sell the wife and kid ( 500 of the best British pounds is at stake!!). But the real reason is the thing sounds so ordinary! Has anyone got some sugestions?

 

Keep an eye out for a second hand Blitz Nur Spec R!!! VERY VERY loud, this will normally set you back 300 notes and then you will have to buy a DP if you want to get rid of all Cats....

you'll have to ask which DP gives best performance because I'm not to sure.

HKS Hyper is a better exhaust for performance and also sounds very nice although not as loud as the blitz

I had a HKS 3" DP with the Nur Spec R and it sound Mad but got me pulled over loads by the police.
