Looking at changing my exhaust (Full de-cat) but want to do it the right way.
So the plan is later in the year i want to get the car running as close to 400 bhp as poss I.E Ecu / Frontmount / Filter / Turbo Etc.
The car is a Sti 8 with a PPP on at the moment.

You'll want a full 3" system then 
Certainly 3" up to the BB, anyway, then it comes down to what sort of noise level you're after... deafeningly noisy is easy, pleasantly quiet isn't

I know of 2 cars running a full revolution system with over 400bhp. It is a full 3" system. The noise is 'sporting' but not annoying. It is quiet enough for a doctor to do his rounds with
