i have found this gives a really nice chatter sound on lift off at low boosts, but at high boost it makes a noise like a big gay "blow off" valve

is there any way of stoppig the big gay "ptsssssshhhhhh" noise at high boost? (apart from refittng the recirc valve?)

 

Probably refitting the original airbox would do it!
Hope you're not running an IHI turbo...

 

i have a original airbox fitted lol

the ihi turbo blew up due the the blades strangle smashing themselves up, so i fitted a td04 as a stop gap until i can pay for a tdo5 conversion

i do a have pannel filter tho
not sure of its all in my head but the car seams to pull much harder with no valve at all, although i have been running around with a max boost of 0.9 bar all week due to the tas recirc valve jamming open, so that could be why it seams to pull harder?
