I have a DOHC 2.0L atmo engine in my 1992 Legacy. What would be expected gains when switching to a say Gruppe S equal length exhaust manifold (for turbo application) on this engine? Rest of exhaust to be 60 mm.

Any thoughts are welcome.

Marnix

From what I´ve seen on the later non-turbo Subaru´s, they seem to have a equal(ish) length setup!

If you want to try a turbo manifold, you have to be sure to take one with a seperate uppipe so you can connect it to your exhaust.

Mark.
