What turbo to upgrade MY97??

Hi,
Im thinking of replacing my turbo for one that produces more bhp. i currently have the standard turbo on MY97 UK TURBO (full De-cat exhaust system) what ever that is? i want a turbo to put in its place without having to upgrade anything else but increasing bhp.
Any Suggestions???
