Question

I've got a '92 Legacy Turbo and was wondering if a Impreza intercooler will fit (previous owner has one he didn't get round to putting in).

I think they are slightly bigger than the legacy one, so any help would be great.

p.s. are they easy to fit?

it probably would fit the throttle body and you could fabricate new brackets to hold it but the legacy intercooler is water cooled with its own cooling system and water pump. the imp relies on air cooling.
but it might not make that much difference give it a go and see

If you have an Ver.II (93-96) WRX intercooler then it will fits it without any problem. I just fits it to my US version 92 Legacy turbo(non-intercooler from Stock)with nothing modify for fit!!
