Sorry I know the title is a bit sensational!I've recently noticed that on a cold start up my idle speed is irregular,it keeps alternating between 800 and about 1300rpm until it warms up.Does this mean anything sinister?(spec:STi4 13k miles, HKS inuction kit,SuperDrager recently removed, recently serviced). All thoughts would be appreciated.

If it settles down once warm, then I don't believe this is a big problem. You can adjust the idle speed, using the idle speed controller, located on the throttle body between the intercooler and the inlet manifold. Speak to Pete Croney at Scoobysport, who I know has advised on this before.

Thanks Chris,I'm going to SS soon so I'll show it to them then.
I took of the SD only two months after buying it because it was just too loud to cope with on a day to day basis.Have lost quite a bit of top end power
