I seem to remember a post a couple of days ago concerning reading ecu fault codes.

Is it really as simple as putting a wire between the two black connectors and counting the amount of flashes long or quick? Also where are these two black connectors.
Thanks

It is very easy.

Turn ignition off, look under the drivers side and see the wires hanging freely, connect the two black ones together.
Turn ignition on (but not engine) and the check engine light starts flashing. In my case it was 10 10 10 1 1 1, 33 (speedo.)
