From what I've read here, the main benefactor is Torque. Mmmmmmmm
BHP goes up, but fiqures seem to vary. The turbo spins up quicker and earlier.Have a look at the Dyno pages, there are quite a few SS DP's there.
Also been told by several people that the mid section doesn't make that much differance. Just enables flame outs
and makes it louder unless you have a silenced centre, BOOOOOO. 
Hope the above is what you were after, just don't expect great BHP gains.

Seat of the pants view - changed to full SS from turbo back plus ITG panel filter in one go. Turbo spools up earlier, torque moved lower down, moderate power increase, sounds BRILLIANT!!!
