Which oil for a Sport?

Anyone got any opinions on the best kind of engine oil to use in a Sport?

Shell helix plus 10W-40 or similar. Also very good Helix ultra 5W-40.

the temperature issues arnt so important with the Sport engine as the turbo. Give Motul 300V 5/30 a try.
